Proof of current vaccination is required for all animals at the time of check-in. For your dogs protection, our policy is that vaccinations must be less than 12 months old and cover all major diseases and infections including Bordetella. (If you are not sure, please call your vet or us and we can check together.)

Your pet should be wormed and treated for fleas prior to boarding at Lucky Dog Boarding Kennels.

In the best interests of your pets, we reserve the right to call in veterinary advice if necessary at your expense.

At Lucky Dog Boarding Kennels, every care is taken with your pet.
However, no responsibility can be accepted for accident or illness.

Your pets are boarded at your own risk. As such, you are responsible for any damage that may be caused by your pet to any other animal or property.

Lucky Dog Boarding fees/charges are per calendar day. A minimum 2 day charge applies, irrespective of drop off/collection times.

If you do not collect your pet within 7 days of the due date of check-out, or new advised date, Lucky Dog Boarding Kennels will dispose of the animal as they see fit.

All fees and charges are to be paid in full before any pet will be released. We accept payment by cash or cheque only. Deposits may be required for holiday periods.

Cancellation of bookings and unused days during holiday periods may incur charges for all days booked.
